| Description: | La gestión del conocimiento aplicada a la universidad se erige como un nuevo paradigma que permite identificar y orientar los recursos científicos y tecnológicos-capital humano y estructural-, de manera sistemática, a fin de alcanzar los objetivos trazados por una institución. De esta forma, se constituye en el elemento crítico que permite a las instituciones de educación superior potenciar y acelerar la velocidad con que manejan los nuevos retos y oportunidades, lo que se logra apalancando lo más valioso de sus recursos: el conocimiento, el talento, la creatividad y, en general, los intangibles de la organización. |
