Description:	The globalized world that sport currently lives in is embraced by innovation, technology and accelerated dynamics in administrative processes to which sports organizations must adapt quickly, causing new administrative methods and processes to emerge.   For this reason, this article addresses a new methodology (a new look at sports administration, from agile methodologies), which seeks to energize, optimize and convert into a tool of applicability to the administrative processes that sports organizations can use as a method of improvement and productivity within their administrative roles.   Thus, sport management becomes a fundamental factor to implement agile methodologies, treating this as integral strategies in the formulation of projects, the generation of sporting events and the management of services. Encouraging these organizations to quickly execute any sports process from an agile, optimal and productive perspective.   It is important to highlight that; To promote research on this topic, an investigative method with an exploratory qualitative approach is carried out, allowing a bibliographic review to be carried out with a category called; methodologies, management, leadership and planning. Clarifying that these categories in their search stood out in relation to the administration of sports and organizations.   Continuing, in this review we found articles, degree theses, magazines and books. All this aimed at agile methodologies, technology, sports administration and innovative processes in physical education. Finally, other points were identified related to the appropriation of agile methodologies with different purposes such as integration with physical activity, organizational decision making, the importance of digital literacy and technological skills in education and the way in which it can be propose new ways to develop actions around tourism and among others.   This is the starting point for research to generate new knowledge with a view to contributing to a better development of the sport and its industry. En un entorno deportivo globalizado y en constante cambio, las metodologías ágiles se presentan como herramientas clave para optimizar la administración deportiva. Estas metodologías permiten una gestión más flexible y eficiente, adaptándose rápidamente a las necesidades cambiantes del entorno. Además de ser herramientas técnicas, se destacan como estrategias integrales que facilitan la formulación de proyectos, la organización de eventos y la gestión de servicios, promoviendo una cultura de trabajo colaborativo y toma de decisiones rápida. El uso de metodologías ágiles en la administración deportiva no solo mejora la eficiencia en la gestión de recursos, sino que también fomenta la innovación y la adopción de nuevas tecnologías. En este contexto, se identificaron beneficios como una mayor flexibilidad y una mejor toma de decisiones, aunque también se señalaron desafíos como la resistencia al cambio y la necesidad de adaptar los procesos administrativos tradicionales. De este modo, la implementación de metodologías ágiles en el deporte contribuye al desarrollo económico y social del sector, beneficiando tanto a las organizaciones deportivas como a los deportistas. Estas metodologías no solo responden de manera eficiente a las demandas del mercado, sino que también permiten enfrentar los desafíos futuros con mayor adaptabilidad y colaboración, lo que impulsa el crecimiento sostenible del deporte.
