Description:	Micaya has a resilience mechanism, based on the ayllu, that is, the large portions of land called aynocas are rotated, so that the land rests. To this productive wealth has been added a series of technologies such as zeolites and living barriers, which allow the improvement of products, while preserving the land. The participants were men and women, 8 individual in-depth interviews and 2 circular interviews, in groups, were conducted. It was concluded that the community members of Micaya give new meanings to knowledge, through the use of Western knowledge, saying that, for example, the land becomes more moist, the potatoes no longer have grooves, they are nicer and larger than when zeolites are not used. Micaya cuenta con un mecanismo de resiliencia, basada en el ayllu, es decir que las grandes porciones de tierra llamadas aynocas se rotan, de manera que la tierra descanse. A esta riqueza productiva se ha añadido una serie de tecnologías como las zeolitas y las barreras vivas, que permiten el mejoramiento de los productos, a la vez que preservan la tierra. Los participantes fueron hombres y mujeres, se hicieron 8 entrevistas en profundidad individuales y 2 entrevistas circulares, en grupo. Se llegó a la conclusión que los comunarios de Micaya, les dan nuevos significados a los saberes, mediante el empleo de los conocimientos occidentales, al decir que, por ejemplo, la tierra se humedece más, las papas ya no tienen ranuras, son más simpáticas y más grandes que cuando no se usan zeolitas.
