dc.description	This work is the product of the ongoing investigation of Participatory Actions in the community action boar of the Los Cojines del Zaque sector of the city of Tunja – Boyacá, which began in August 2019. The objective of this investigation is to identify the perceptions of the members of the community Action Board of the Los Cojines del Zaque neighborhood of the city of Tunja, through a participatory methodology where SOWT (strengths, opportunities, weaknesses and threats) was used as a diagnostic instrument, in which they participated 10 affiliates, to recognize the needs that arise within this board. The applied instrument allowed to know the perception that the affiliates have regarding the work of the dignitaries, likewise, the lack of interest on the part of the affiliates themselves to support the activities promoted by the Community Action Board, a situation that weakens development of the community. Based on this information, it is intended to find alternative solutions that contribute to the progress of the community in question.	en
dc.description	Este trabajo es producto de la investigación en curso de Acciones participativas en la junta de acción comunal del sector Los Cojines del Zaque de la ciudad de Tunja-Boyacá, iniciado en el mes de agosto del año 2019. El objetivo de esta investigación es identificar las percepciones de los afiliados de la Junta de acción comunal del barrio Los Cojines del Zaque de la ciudad de Tunja, a través de una metodología participativa donde se usó como instrumento de diagnóstico FODA (fortalezas, oportunidades, debilidades y amenazas), en el que participaron 10 afiliados, para reconocer las necesidades que se gestan al interior de esta junta. El instrumento aplicado permitió conocer la percepción que los afiliados tienen frente a la labor de los dignatarios, de igual manera, la falta de interés por parte de los mismos afiliados para apoyar las actividades que promueve la Junta de acción comunal, situación que debilita el desarrollo de la comunidad. Con base en esta información, se pretende buscar alternativas de solución que contribuyan al progreso de la comunidad en mención.	es
