Description:	This working document will briefly comment on the impact that the pandemic had on Sogamoso merchants, but not before making a delimited characterization of the different existing business models, which is where the research is expected to go, to then identify the different strategies that were used by the local merchants and that somehow proved effective in getting out of this historical crisis that Nadir predicted, that no one had documented how to deal with it, and that ended with more than one microentrepreneur, that is why each of these successfully applied strategies must be thoroughly analyzed in order to later document and socialize them with the Sogamoseña community, in order to have in writing the foundations of a precedent that can be presented again, along with unlikely and unexpected scenarios that may affect our local and global economy, finally, the results obtained in the investigative exercise and ensure that all those who may be affected in their businesses appropriate this knowledge generated by the academy. En este documento de trabajo se comentara de manera breve el impacto que tuvo la pandemia en los comerciantes de Sogamoso, no sin antes realizar una caracterización delimitada, de los diferentes modelos de negocio existentes, que es a donde se espera llegar con la investigación, para luego identificar las diferentes estrategias que fueron utilizadas por los comerciantes de la localidad y que de alguna manera demostraron efectividad a la hora de salir avante de esta crisis histórica que nadir predijo, que nadie tenia documentado como afrontarla, y que acabo con mas de un microempresario, es por esto que se debe analizar a fondo cada una de estas estrategias aplicada con éxito para luego documentarlas y socializarlas con la comunidad sogamoseña, para tener por escrito fundamentos de un precedente que puede volver a presentarse, junto con escenario poco probables e inesperados que puedan afectar nuestra economía local y global, por ultimo se debe socializar los resultados obtenidos en el ejercicio investigativo y velar por que todos aquellos que se pueden ver afectados en sus negocios apropien este conocimiento generado por la academia.
