Description:	This proposal is made especially for the unionized rural women of the Municipality of La Plata Huila, in order to raise awareness among this population in their faculties, create spaces to develop their skills in education, which contribute to an improvement as members of a home, a community and region. With the aim of taking into account the various needs they go through. The research is of a quantitative approach, of a descriptive type, the technique for collecting information is carried out through the application of a questionnaire with closed questions. These results will be analyzed to design a basic financial education program. The instrument proposed for the development of this research allows obtaining information on sociodemographic variables, the financial knowledge of the target population, in concepts of savings, budget, investment and indebtedness. With this research, it is sought to create a virtual education tool, where basic financial information can be accessed so that they can play a role in the economic area from their home and agricultural business, for making personal and business decisions and thus plan, organize, manage, finance, save, undertake and most importantly improve your quality of life and that of the people around you.  Se realiza esta propuesta especialmente para la mujer rural agremiada del Municipio de La Plata Huila, con el fin de concientizar a esta población en sus facultades, crear espacios para desarrollar sus habilidades en educación, que contribuyan a una mejora como integrantes de un hogar, una comunidad y una región. Con el objetivo de tener en cuenta las diversas necesidades por lasque atraviesan. La investigación es de enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo descriptivo, la técnica para la recolección de información se realiza mediante la aplicación de un cuestionario con preguntas cerradas. Estos resultados serán analizados para diseñar un programa de educación básica financiera. El instrumento propuesto para el desarrollo de esta investigación permite obtener información sobre variables sociodemográficas, los conocimientos financieros de la población objetivo, en conceptos de ahorro, presupuesto, inversión y endeudamiento. Con esta investigación, se busca crear una herramienta de educación virtual, donde se pueda acceder a información básica financiera para que desempeñen desde su hogar y empresa agropecuaria, un papel en el área económica, para la toma de decisiones personales y empresariales y así planear, organizar, administrar, financiar, ahorrar, emprender y lo más importante mejorar su calidad de vida y la de las personas que están en su entorno.
