dc.description	El bollo de maíz es un alimento muy ancestral de las familias del Municipio de Sabanalarga, Atlántico, que ha  venido de generación en general, inicialmente  los indígenas los produjeron a base de masa de maíz que ellos mismos sembraban.  Actualmente el Municipio de Sabanalarga, Atlántico se consideran uno de los departamentos productor, comercializador y distribuidor del bollo de maíz.  La presente investigación el objetivo del presente estudio es analizar la ´producción y comercialización del bollo de maíz; aplicando para ello una metodología cualitativa – descriptiva.  Los resultados mostraron que los productores(as) consideran que la producción  ha tenido un aumento significativo y va en aumento, esto se debe a la cantidad de familias que se dedican a  este oficio.	es
dc.description	The corn bun is a very ancestral food of the families of the Municipality of Sabanalarga, Atlántico, which has generally come down through generations; initially the indigenous people produced them based on corn dough that they themselves planted. Currently, the Municipality of Sabanalarga, Atlántico is considered one of the producing, marketing and distributing departments of corn buns. The objective of this study is to analyze the 'production and marketing of corn buns; applying a qualitative-descriptive methodology for this purpose. The results showed that producers consider that production has had a significant increase and is increasing, this is due to the number of families that are dedicated to this profession.	en
