Description:	El objeto del presente estudio es fortalecer la estructura organizacional, la actuación y la capacidad de gestión de las juntas de acción comunal en el municipio de Valledupar Cesar, promoviendo un desarrollo sostenible en la comunidad. A través de la intervención de sus miembros, las juntas de acción comunal JAC pueden reforzar su capacidad de gestión y toma de decisiones, lo que les permite abordar de manera más efectiva las necesidades locales. La formación y capacitación en áreas como planificación y administración son esenciales para dotar a los líderes comunitarios de herramientas y habilidades que potencien su autoconfianza y capacidad para implementar proyectos. Se observa la necesidad de capacitar y orientar a esta comunidad, teniendo en cuenta sus debilidades. Además, la colaboración interinstitucional y el empoderamiento ciudadano son pilares clave que facilitan una mayor participación en iniciativas gubernamentales y el acceso a financiamiento. En conjunto, estos elementos contribuyen a crear un entorno más dinámico y resiliente, capaz de enfrentar los desafíos del desarrollo sostenible y el incremento de la calidad de vida en la comunidad. The purpose of this study is to strengthen the organizational structure, performance and management capacity of the community action boards in the municipality of Valledupar Cesar, promoting sustainable development in the community. Through the intervention of their members, JAC community action boards can strengthen their management and decision-making capacity, allowing them to more effectively address local needs. Training and training in areas such as planning and administration are essential to provide community leaders with tools and skills that enhance their self-confidence and ability to implement projects. There is a need to train and guide this community, taking into account its weaknesses. Furthermore, inter-institutional collaboration and citizen empowerment are key pillars that facilitate greater participation in government initiatives and access to financing. Together, these elements contribute to creating a more dynamic and resilient environment, capable of facing the challenges of sustainable development and increasing the quality of life in the community
