| Description: | Entrepreneurship as a strategy to face economic and employment challenges, has taken on greater relevance in scenarios of uncertainty such as the COVID-19 pandemic. Higher education institutions have identified the need to train in skills to promote business creation and innovation in any disciplinary field; implementing different agile methodologies, such as lean startup, design thinking and business model canvas to reduce the gap between the products and services offered, and the needs and desires of the market. This document presents a review of the literature on works related to university training for entrepreneurship that include agile methodologies, presenting the main results worldwide and the most relevant factors to consider. El emprendimiento como una estrategia para enfrentar los retos en materia económica y de empleo, ha tomado mayor relevancia en escenarios de incertidumbre como el que se evidencia debido a la pandemia de COVID-19. Instituciones universitarias han identificado la necesidad de formar en competencias empresariales que promuevan la creación de empresas y la innovación en cualquier ámbito disciplinar. Para ello, han ido implementándose diferentes metodologías ágiles, como lean startup, design thinking y business model canvas que disminuyen la brecha existente entre los productos y servicios ofertados, y las necesidades y deseos del mercado. En este documento se presenta una revisión de literatura sobre los trabajos relacionados con formación universitaria para el emprendimiento incluyendo metodologías ágiles, presentando los principales resultados a nivel mundial y los factores más relevantes a considerar. |
