| Description: | In the municipality of Subachoque located in the department of Cundinamarca (Colombia), there is an Association of Agroecological Producers called ASOARCE, who organically cultivate native potato varieties of the region, they need to physically and chemically identify ten (10) varieties of potatoes, in order to determine technologically what its use would be for the development of potato-based products and when the raw material that is not sold and/or marketed, can be processed to offer it in different presentations at the local and national level. En el municipio de Subachoque ubicado en el departamento de Cundinamarca (Colombia), esta conformada una Asociación de Productores Agroecológicos llamada ASOARCE, quienes cultivan de manera orgánica variedades de papa nativas de la región, ellos requieren identificar fisicoquímicamente diez (10) variedades de papas, con la finalidad de determinar tecnológicamente cuál sería su uso para el desarrollo de productos a base de papa y cuando la materia prima que no sea vendida y/o comercializada, esta pueda ser procesada par ofrecerla en presentaciones diferentes a nivel local y nacional. |
