Este documento analiza cómo la gobernanza territorial, la educación en salud y la atención integral pueden converger para mejorar la respuesta sanitaria en contextos complejos. Se examinan experiencias como la gestión comunitaria en Medellín durante la COVID-19, la atención con enfoque forense, la detección temprana del VPH en pacientes con lesiones cervicales y propuestas innovadoras en salud sexual. Los hallazgos resaltan la importancia de la coordinación interinstitucional y la participación ciudadana para garantizar un sistema de salud inclusivo y efectivo(1-26). This paper analyzes how territorial governance, health education and comprehensive care can converge to improve health response in complex contexts. It examines experiences such as community management in Medellín during COVID-19, care with a forensic approach, early detection of HPV in patients with cervical lesions, and innovative proposals in sexual health. The findings highlight the importance of interinstitutional coordination and citizen participation to guarantee an inclusive and effective health system(1-26). |
