| Description: | Este documento sintetiza el aporte de metodologías de revisión sistemática y análisis bibliométrico en el ámbito de la salud. Se presentan tres estudios que abordan la fisiopatología de la dislipidemia, el manejo del abdomen agudo en pediatría y el análisis del metaboloma en la leche materna de madres sanas y con diabetes gestacional. La integración de estas metodologías permite identificar tendencias, vacíos y oportunidades para futuras investigaciones que optimicen la práctica clínica (1-24). This article synthesizes the contribution of systematic review methodologies and bibliometric analysis in the health field. Three studies are presented that address the pathophysiology of dyslipidemia, the management of acute abdomen in pediatrics, and the analysis of the metabolome in breast milk of healthy mothers and mothers with gestational diabetes. The integration of these methodologies allows us to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for future research to optimize clinical practice (1-24). |
