Description:	Las células asesinas naturales modificadas con el receptor de antígeno quimérico (CAR-NK) han emergido como una estrategia terapéutica prometedora en la inmunoterapia del cáncer. A diferencia de las células T con CAR (CAR-T), las CAR-NK presentan ventajas clave, como una menor toxicidad y la posibilidad de uso alogénico sin generar enfermedad injerto contra huésped. Este artículo analiza las bases biológicas, los avances clínicos y los retos de la aplicación de esta tecnología en oncología. Natural killer cells modified with chimeric antigen receptor (CAR-NK) have emerged as a promising therapeutic strategy in cancer immunotherapy. Unlike CAR-T cells, CAR-NK cells offer key advantages such as lower toxicity and the potential for allogeneic use without causing graft-versus-host disease. This paper analyzes the biological basis, clinical advances, and challenges in the application of this technology in oncology.
