| Description: | Hablar de “Trabajo Inteligente Productivo” (en adelante TIP) puede parecer un asunto relativamente fácil de comprender por parte de cualquiera. Simplemente se dirá, en primera instancia, que es el trabajo que se caracteriza por ser inteligente y productivo. Pero entender esto en toda su dimensión y, sobre todo, llevarlo a la práctica, es mucho más complejo y desafiante de lo que puede imaginarse. Escribir sobre el trabajo es aparentemente simple, pero a la vez demanda una desafiante comprensión. Es similar al reto que significa describir, al mismo tiempo, el cuerpo físico y la mente humana. Por ello, con este escrito, a manera de ensayo, pretendo dar un aporte a una reflexión hoy extendida sobre el trabajo en el siglo XXI en los diversos, y cada vez más demandantes, contextos organizacionales... Talk about “Productive Smart Working” (hereinafter TIP, for its Spanish acronym) may seem like a relatively easy matter for anyone to understand. It will simply be said, in the first instance, that work is characterized by being smart and productive. However, understanding this in its full dimension and, especially, putting it into practice is much more complex and challenging than can be imagined. Writing about work is seemingly simple but at the same time it demands a challenging understanding. It is like the challenge of describing simultaneously the physical body and the human mind. Therefore, with this essay I intend to contribute to a widespread reflection about work in the 21st century in the diverse, and increasingly demanding, organizational contexts. Falar sobre "Trabalho Inteligente Produtivo" (a partir de agora TIP) pode parecer um assunto relativamente fácil de entender para qualquer pessoa. Em primeiro lugar, basta dizer que se trata de um trabalho caracterizado por ser inteligente e produtivo. Mas entender isso em toda a sua dimensão e, acima de tudo, colocá-lo em prática, é muito mais complexo e desafiador do que se pode imaginar. Escrever sobre o trabalho é aparentemente simples, mas ao mesmo tempo exige uma compreensão desafiadora. É semelhante ao desafio de descrever o corpo físico e a mente humana ao mesmo tempo.
