| dc.description.abstractenglish | This research project focuses on improving the induction and training processes of employees at Ediva S.A., aiming to strengthen human talent planning through pedagogical and technological strategies. A diagnostic stage was carried out using a structured survey applied to ten employees from various areas of the company. The survey included closed questions about their personal experiences within the organization, the effectiveness of the training received, and their perceptions of the tools and methodologies used. The results revealed a general dissatisfaction with the training processes. Participants reported that the training period was too short for the amount of information provided, and that the content was often insufficient or not aligned with their actual job functions. In addition, the induction process was perceived as superficial, and the trainers were considered lacking in pedagogical expertise and dynamism. Based on these findings, the project proposes the integration of practical and dynamic educational strategies, supported by technological tools such as microlearning, digital platforms, and interactive content. These strategies aim to optimize the learning experience, improve employee performance, and contribute to the effective planning and development of human talent within the organization. | |
