| dc.description.abstract | Introducción: El acoso escolar es un problema grave en la Escuela Primaria Guadalupe Victoria, manifestándose mediante violencia física, verbal y exclusión social. Este estudio se basa en teorías psicosociales como el aprendizaje social (Bandura) para comprender sus causas y efectos en el desarrollo infantil. Objetivo: Implementar estrategias psicoeducativas que prevengan el bullying y promuevan un ambiente escolar seguro, involucrando a estudiantes, docentes y familias. Metodología: Se adoptó un enfoque cualitativo a través de una investigación acción-participativa. Las técnicas empleadas incluyeron encuestas dirigidas a docentes y padres de familia, grupos focales con estudiantes utilizando la técnica "Colch Resultados: 65% de los casos corresponden a exclusión social, solo 15% de víctimas reporta el acoso, 85% mejoró en identificación de bullying tras intervenciones, 60% de padres desconocía protocolos antiacoso. Conclusiones: El bullying está normalizado y requiere atención urgente mediante capacitación docente continua, talleres mensuales para padres y alumnos, y protocolos claros con seguimiento sistemático. La prevención del acoso escolar no solo implica detectar y sancionar, sino educar para la convivencia, la empatía y el respeto mutuo. Porque prevenir el bullying no es solo evitar la violencia, es construir futuros más dignos para cada niño y niña. | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | Introduction: Bullying is a serious problem at Guadalupe Victoria Primary School, manifesting through physical violence, verbal abuse, and social exclusion. This study is based on psychosocial theories such as social learning (Bandura) to understand its causes and effects on child development. Objective: To implement psychoeducational strategies that prevent bullying and promote a safe school environment, involving students, teachers, and families. Methodology: A qualitative approach was adopted through participatory action research. The techniques used included surveys for teachers and parents, as well as focus groups with students using the "Colch" technique. Results: 65% of cases involve social exclusion, only 15% of victims report bullying, 85% showed improvement in identifying bullying after interventions, and 60% of parents were unaware of anti-bullying protocols. Conclusions: Bullying has become normalized and requires urgent attention through ongoing teacher training, monthly workshops for parents and students, and clear protocols with systematic follow-up. Preventing school bullying is not only about identifying and sanctioning it, but also about educating for coexistence, empathy, and mutual respect. Because preventing bullying is not just about avoiding violence, it is about building a more dignified future for every boy and girl. | |
