| dc.description.abstract | Esta monografía analiza el impacto de las aplicaciones digitales en la regulación del estrés académico y el bienestar emocional de estudiantes universitarios en modalidad virtual. Mediante una revisión documental cualitativa de literatura publicada entre 2019 y 2024, se identificaron aplicaciones como Headspace, Calm y Woebot, basadas en enfoques psicológicos como la TCC y el mindfulness. Los resultados muestran que su uso consciente y moderado contribuye a reducir el estrés y fortalecer la resiliencia, aunque no reemplazan la terapia profesional. | |
