| Description: | The projects in the different stages of execution can be involved in problems of cost overruns, delays or dissatisfaction of the interested parties, the identification of the points of improvement to turn the difficulties into opportunities, through the use of a good evaluation of the impact against efficiency in innovation and technological development projects. This document seeks to continue with the first phase which was to identify those factors that impact a project being more efficient than another and that can be considered, for this a model for information processing was developed, where the data was presented input that is described in a project, by processing said data the identification of the determining factors in the deviation of the desired project is obtained. It is desired to evaluate the impact of the efficiency in projects to identify the influential impacts. Los proyectos en las diferentes etapas de ejecución se pueden ver involucrados en problemas de sobrecostos, retrasos o insatisfacción de los interesados, la identificación de los puntos de mejoramiento para volver las dificultades en oportunidades, mediante el uso de la una buena evaluación del impacto frente a la eficiencia en proyectos de innovación y desarrollo tecnológico. Este documento busca continuar con la primera fase la cual fue identificar aquellos factores que impactan en que un proyecto sea más eficiente que otro y que pueda ser considera éxitos, para esto se desarrolló un modelo para el procesamiento de la información, en donde se presentaron los datos de entrada que se describen en un proyecto, mediante el procesamiento de dichos datos se obtiene la identificación de los factores determinantes en la desviación del proyecto deseado. Se desea realizar la evaluación del impacto de la eficiencia en proyectos con el fin de identificar los impactos influyentes. |
