dc.description	Currently, there are national social protection programs that seek to help people in vulnerable conditions and thus facilitate and improve their quality of life; as a result, in the different municipalities there are people responsible for managing enrollment in most social programs. Likewise, the municipal administrations have their own local programs to facilitate social protection, which present different difficulties in the admission, classification, and systematization of information, from there part that both at the national and local level the information systems do not communicate. In this sense, since there is no cross-referencing of information in the data of each program, there could be shortcomings that indicate the allocation of multiple benefits to a particular person and/or family, restricting the scope of social initiatives and reducing the possibility that these programs reach more people in need. The proposal aims to design an enterprise architecture focused on the ADM model (Architecture Development Method) TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework), which responds to the shortcomings presented, for the specific case would be focused on the Secretary of Health and Social Protection of the municipality of Carepa Antioquia (SSPSC), thereby allowing managers to make decisions in real time coverage of programs.	en
dc.description	Actualmente existen programas de protección social nacionales, que buscan dar ayudas a personas en condiciones de vulnerabilidad y así facilitar y mejorar la calidad de vida; de ello se tiene que en los diferentes municipios se encuentran personas responsables de gestionar la inscripción a la mayoría de programas sociales. Así mismo, las administraciones municipales cuentan con programas propios locales para facilitar la protección social, los cuales presentan diferentes dificultades en la admisión, clasificación, y sistematización de la información, de allí parte que tanto en el ámbito nacional y local los sistemas de información no se comunican. En tal sentido, al no existir cruce de la información en los datos de cada programa se pudiera presentar falencias que indiquen la asignación de múltiples beneficios a una persona y/o familia en particular, restringiendo el alcance de las iniciativas sociales y reduciendo la posibilidad que dichos programas lleguen a más personas necesitadas. De ello lo que pretende la propuesta es el diseño de una arquitectura empresarial enfocada en el modelo ADM (Architecture Development Method) TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework), que dé respuesta a las falencias presentadas, para el caso puntual seria enfocado en la Secretaria de Salud y Protección Social del municipio de Carepa Antioquia (SSPSC), permitiendo con ello que los directivos tomen decisiones en tiempo real de cobertura de programas.	es
