dc.description	The formulation of an agricultural digitization model is proposed for the improvement of Cacao production in the Municipality of San Vicente de Chucuri, Santander. Starting from the analysis from the perspective of the formulation of green projects and the management of the Stakeholders, as a method to counteract the effects of climate change in agriculture.   The model that was presented seeks to be a tool to contribute to improving the well-being conditions of farmers and food security regarding cocoa production under the parameters of the Project Management. Likewise, and in accordance with this problem, the present work seeks to describe how the evolution of the digital age maximizes the use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs), innovating and improving technical and competitiveness capacities in the increase of agricultural production.	en
dc.description	Se plantea la formulación un modelo de digitalización agrícola para el mejoramiento de la producción de Cacao en el Municipio de San Vicente de Chucuri, Santander. Partiendo del análisis desde la perspectiva de la formulación de proyectos verdes y la gestión de los Interesados, como método para contrarrestar los efectos del cambio climático en la agricultura. El modelo que se presentó procura ser una herramienta para contribuir a mejorar las condiciones de bienestar de los agricultores y la seguridad alimentaria respecto a la producción del cacao bajo los parámetros de la Gerencia de proyectos. Así mismo y de acuerdo con esta problemática, el presente trabajo busca describir cómo la evolución asía la era digital maximiza el uso de las Tecnologías de la Información y las Comunicaciones (TIC’s), innovando y mejorando las capacidades técnicas y de competitividad en el incremento de la producción agropecuaria.	es
