dc.description	Research is a substantive function of universities, and its revitalization requires different strategies. Considering the presence of students throughout the Colombian territory, the UNAD has exciting potential to articulate teaching and research to conduct wide-ranging fieldwork, but this potential has not yet been sufficiently taken advantage of. In this context, the objective of the work presented was to develop an initiative to stimulate Unadista research. Methodologically, a network with professors from UNAD and external institutions was structured, a training process was conducted, several projects were proposed, and courses were organized to conduct field work through the application of surveys that allowed the collection of data from multiple Colombian companies. As a result, the initiative "Opening the Faucets of Unadista Research" (AGIU) was developed, through which several projects have already been conducted and different research products have been obtained, including articles, presentations, technological development products, training of human capital, among others. The value of the work presented lies in the results obtained, the strengthening of research at UNAD, the scientific training of teachers and the teaching-research articulation in which both students and researchers have benefited. For this reason, the AGIU initiative received recognition as a good practice at UNAD.	en
dc.description	La investigación es una función sustantiva de las universidades que persiguen la calidad y su dinamización requiere de diferentes estrategias. Teniendo en cuenta la presencia de estudiantes en todo el territorio colombiano, la Universidad Nacional Abierta y a Distancia (UNAD) tiene un potencial grande de articular la docencia y la investigación para realizar trabajos de campo de amplia cobertura, pero este potencial todavía no ha sido suficientemente aprovechado. En este contexto, el objetivo del trabajo presentado fue desarrollar una iniciativa para dinamizar la investigación Unadista. Metodológicamente, se estructuró una red de trabajo con profesores de la UNAD e instituciones externas, se realizó un proceso de formación, se propusieron varios proyectos y se articularon cursos para realizar trabajos de campo mediante la aplicación de encuestas que permitieron recolectar datos de múltiples empresas colombianas. Como resultado, se desarrolló la iniciativa  “Abriendo los Grifos dela Investigación Unadista” (AGIU), mediante la cual ya se han ejecutado varios proyectos y obtenido diferentes productos investigativos, entre artículos, ponencias, productos de desarrollo tecnológico, formación del capital humano, entre otros. El valor del trabajo presentado radica en los resultados obtenidos, el fortalecimiento de la investigación en la UNAD, la formación científica de profesores y la articulación docencia-investigación en la cual han resultado beneficiados tanto los estudiantes como los investigadores. Por ello, la iniciativa AGIU recibió un reconocimiento como buena práctica en la UNAD.	es
