Description:	The main purpose of this document is to identify and analyze, through the framework of references, the tools and methods necessary to determine a successful and comprehensive feasibility study for the production of a coagulant. In a feasibility study of an innovation company, such as the development of an organic coagulant of natural origin, it is vital to identify and analyze the problem, which allowed the development of a strategic plan of the business idea, through the selection of the available tools and methods of project management. Then, through the frame of reference and a SWOT analysis, the search and selective characterization of the appropriate tools that allow a global analysis that defines and develops the feasibility study according to the aspects, guidelines and innovation of the project is carried out. Subsequently, with the appropriate project management tools and strategies according to the weaknesses of the project, the respective information of the limitations, risks, opportunities and requirements for the development of the project is obtained. Finally, the best option of strategic management decisions was defined with the selected methodology. El presente documento, tiene como propósito principal, identificar y analizar, a través del marco de referencias cuáles son las herramientas y métodos necesarios para determinar un estudio de viabilidad exitoso e integral para la producción de un coagulante. En un estudio de viabilidad de una empresa de innovación, tal como el desarrollo de un coagulante orgánico de origen natural, es vital identificar y analizar la problemática; la cual, permitió el desarrollo de un plan estratégico de la idea de negocio, por medio de la selección de las herramientas y métodos disponibles de la gestión de proyectos. Luego a través del marco de referencia, y un análisis DOFA, se realiza la búsqueda y caracterización selectiva de las herramientas adecuadas que permiten, un análisis global que define y desarrolla el estudio de viabilidad según los aspectos, lineamientos e innovación del proyecto. Posteriormente con las herramientas y estrategias de la gestión de proyectos convenientes según las debilidades del proyecto, se obtiene la información respectiva de las limitaciones, riesgos, oportunidades, requisitos para el desarrollo del proyecto. Finalmente, se definió la mejor opción de decisiones estratégicas de tipo gerencial con la metodología seleccionada.
