dc.description	This project is introduced in the analysis of management strategies, tools and methods and PMBOK, for the creation of a management plan aimed at rural youth, the rigor of the process is carried out through the implementation of the Dofa matrix for the sake of clarify with greater assertiveness the various factors that impact on the problem according to the different weaknesses, strengths, threats and opportunities that are obtained from the study, for this the use of tools for the collection, tabulation and dissemination of data is contemplated, with the respective selection appropriate according to the purpose, and end of the process.	en
dc.description	El presente proyecto se introduce en el análisis de las estrategias, herramientas y métodos de gerencia y PMBOK, para la creación de un plan de gestión direccionado a los jóvenes rurales, la rigurosidad del proceso se realiza mediante la implementación de la matriz Dofa en aras de esclarecer con mayor asertividad los diversos factores que impacta en la problemática según las diferentes debilidades, fortalezas, amenazas y oportunidades que se obtienen del estudio, para ello se contempla el uso de herramientas para la recolección, tabulación y divulgación de datos, con la respectiva selección adecuada según la finalidad, y fin del proceso.	es
