dc.description	Thinking of creating tools that have a social impact, in this document it is proposed to create a software tool that allows recyclers to serve people directly at home, scheduling regular visits to collect recyclable material, generating trust between the recyclers and the people who live in the areas where they work. The mechanics of the recycling process by using the proposed software tool is as follows: Every day, people at home are more conscious about the impact of recycling to guarantee the care of the environment and provide a stable future for new generations; that ́s why, they are more and more willing  to accept responsibility for tasks like recycling. Using the app, they could publish that they have recycling material ready for collection, with the purpose that the recycler apply to receive the recyclable material and take it to the collection centers. The collection process will have a single fee that the household must pay to the recycler so that he or she can collect the recyclable material. The recycler will be able to qualify the recycling received from the houses he visits by assigning a score that will allow establishing the quality of the recycled material in the home. Recyclers will be able to decide whether or not to take a recycling offer based on the household's reputation, and may even charge an extra fee to those households that deliver recycling material in poor condition. On the other hand, recyclers will receive the publications of the houses and will select which one they will visit. Once committed, the recycler must visit the house to collect the recycled material, at a time to be established during the planning of the project. Users will also be able to rate the attention received from the recycler and if they give a poor rating, the recycler will not be able to apply to collect recycling from that house on future occasions. Finally, the recycling collection points will be able to function as centers where wi-fi can be offered to recyclers who, having to reach the same point to drop off recyclable material, will be able to connect to the network and take new requests for recycling collection.	en
dc.description	Pensando en crear herramientas que tengan impacto social, se propone diseñar una herramienta de software que les permita a los recicladores atender a las personas en las casas directamente, agendando visitas periódicas para recoger el material reciclable generando confianza entre el reciclador y las personas habitantes de las zonas donde trabaja. La mecánica del proceso de reciclaje mediante el uso de la herramienta de software propuesta es la siguiente: Las personas en sus hogares cada vez son más conscientes del impacto del reciclaje para mejorar el cuidado del medio ambiente y garantizar un futuro estable para las nuevas generaciones; por eso, cada vez están más dispuestos a asumir la responsabilidad de tareas como el reciclaje. Utilizando la aplicación podrán publicar que tienen reciclaje listo para recoger en sus casas con el fin de que un reciclador se postule para recibir el material reciclable y llevarlo hasta los centros de acopio. El proceso de recogida tendrá una tarifa única que el hogar deberá pagarle al reciclador para que pase a recoger el material reciclable. El reciclador podrá calificar el reciclaje que recibe de las casas que visita asignando un puntaje que permitirá establecer la calidad del material reciclado del hogar. Los recicladores podrán decidir si toman o no una oferta de reciclaje a partir de la reputación del hogar, incluso podrán cobrar una tarifa extra a aquellos hogares que entregan material de reciclaje en malas condiciones. Por su parte los recicladores recibirán las publicaciones de las casas y seleccionarán cuál visitarán. Una vez comprometido, el reciclador debe visitar la casa para recoger el material reciclado, en un tiempo a establecer durante la planeación del proyecto. Los usuarios también podrán calificar la atención recibida del reciclador y si dan una mala calificación, el reciclador no podrá aplicar a recoger reciclaje de esa casa en futuras ocasiones. Finalmente, los puntos de acopio de reciclaje, podrán funcionar como centros donde se le pueda ofrecer wi-fi a los recicladores quienes al tener que llegar al mismo punto para dejar el material reciclable, podrán conectarse a la red y tomar nuevas solicitudes de recogida de reciclaje.	es
