Description:	This document is based on the development of the pre-feasibility study of the Pueblito Huilense Ecotourism Park, which starts from the need for sustainable environmental development in Pitalito city, whose socio- economic vocation has been culturally based on the production of coffee, but given the growing market opportunity attracted by the new trends in eco-tourism, agro- tourism as well as the opportunity to take advantage of the archaeological tourism remaining from the Augustinian megalithic culture. Using a methodology of phases, it was possible to evaluate the technical, economic and environmental viability of the project as well as its convenience and relevance in the region, concluding that economic use is possible while promoting education and environmental awareness. Este documento se basa en la realización del estudio de pre-factibilidad del Parque Ecoturístico Pueblito Huilense, que parte de la necesidad de un desarrollo ambiental sostenible en la ciudad de Pitalito cuya vocación socioeconómica se ha basado culturalmente en la producción de café, pero dada la creciente oportunidad de mercado atraída por las nuevas tendencias en ecoturismo, agroturismo, así como la oportunidad de aprovechar el turismo arqueológico remanente de la cultura megalítica agustiniana. Utilizando una metodología de fases, se pudo evaluar la viabilidad técnica, económica y ambiental del proyecto, así como su conveniencia y relevancia en la región, concluyendo que el uso económico es posible al mismo tiempo que se promueve la educación y la conciencia ambiental.
