dc.description	Virtual education has become the best option for many people who don't have enough time to attend academic activities in person due to personal, work, or more recently, phytosanitary reasons (COVID-19). Despite all the advantages of virtual education, one of the main problems institutions face is the lack of software that allows academic activities to be carried out virtually. Therefore, the proposal is to create a web-based E-Learning platform that complements virtual education. Additionally, the aim is for this platform to be similar to successful platforms like Territorium from SENA or the virtual campus of universities such as UNAD or Uniagraria, which have provided excellent service and have a role management system that allows interaction between teachers and students. The platform will be developed by the student, taking on the role of a programmer and using languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL, along with a local database manager, implementing session variables, a role management system, and error handling. This is expected to provide an efficient and adaptable solution to the needs of educational institutions and platform users.	en
dc.description	La educación virtual se ha convertido en la mejor opción para muchas personas que no disponen del tiempo necesario para asistir a clases presenciales debido a compromisos personales, laborales o, más recientemente, por motivos fitosanitarios como la pandemia del COVID-19. Sin embargo, a pesar de las múltiples ventajas que ofrece la educación virtual, una de las principales limitaciones que enfrentan las instituciones educativas es la falta de un software adecuado que permita llevar a cabo las actividades académicas de forma virtual. Para solucionar este problema, se propone la creación de una plataforma web de tipo E-Learning que complemente la educación virtual y que tenga características similares a plataformas exitosas como Territorium del SENA, o el campus virtual de universidades como la UNAD o la Uniagraria, que han brindado un excelente servicio a sus usuarios gracias a su sistema de roles que permite la interacción entre docentes y alumnos.La plataforma se desarrollará a través del estudiante, quien asumirá el rol de programador y utilizará lenguajes como HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP y MySQL, así como un gestor de bases de datos local, para implementar variables de sesión, un sistema de gestión de roles y manejo de errores. De esta forma, se espera poder ofrecer una solución eficiente y adaptable a las necesidades de las instituciones educativas y los usuarios de la plataforma.	es
