dc.description	Guanabanal is a sidewalk, located in the rural area of the municipality of Palmira, with an approximate population of 2070 inhabitants (Alcaldia de Palmira, 2021). This sidewalk presents a variety of conflicts and difficulties which, for the most part, coincide with the wide and current inequality gaps that still exist between the population of urban and rural areas. For this reason, the need to contribute to population development, focused on transforming roles and detecting and promoting through vocational guidance and different skills in the youth of the sidewalk. The link to promote the program in the sidewalk, is through the Sebastián de Belalcazar Educational Institution, articulating with the different territorial entities necessary to implement actions that improve the quality of life initially of the bachelors and in the future of this town All the practices and tools that are adopted for the execution of the project, are based on the follow-up of the guidelines provided by the PMBOK® Guide - Sixth Edition, recognized as the fundamental guide for project management, guaranteeing the correct and effective decision. decision making and effective problem solving.	en
dc.description	Guanabanal es un corregimiento, ubicado en la zona rural del municipio de Palmira, con una población aproximada de 2070 habitantes (Alcaldia de Palmira, 2021). Este corregimiento presenta variedad de conflictos y dificultades las cuales, en su mayoría coinciden con las amplias y actuales brechas de desigualdad que aún existen entre la población de zona urbana y rural.  Es por ello, la necesidad de contribuir en el desarrollo poblacional, enfocado en transformar roles y detectar e impulsar mediante la orientación vocacional y diferentes competencias en los jóvenes del corregimiento.  El enlace para promover el programa en el corregimiento, es mediante la Institución Educativa Sebastián de Belalcázar, articulando con los diferentes entes territoriales necesarios para implementar acciones que mejoren la calidad de vida de inicialmente de los bachilleres y a futuro de esta localidad Todas las prácticas y herramientas que se adoptan para la ejecución del proyecto, están basados en el seguimiento de las directrices que brinda la Guía del PMBOK® - Sexta Edición (PMI, 2017), reconocida como la guía fundamental para la dirección de proyecto, garantizando la acertada y eficaz toma de decisiones y la resolución efectiva de problemas.	es
