| dc.description.abstract | En este artículo académico se documenta la visita a un sistema productivo bovino, en el municipio de Saboyá, Boyacá, especializado en la producción de leche, describiendo las principales características del mismo y analizando la implementación de las Buenas Prácticas Pecuarias establecidas por el Instituto Colombiano Agropecuario, ICA, mediante una lista de chequeo, detallando la sanidad animal, bioseguridad, manejo productivo y reproductivo, ordeño higiénico, registros de trazabilidad, bienestar animal, instalaciones limpias, manejo adecuado de residuos y de medicamentos veterinarios, uso racional del agua, adecuada nutrición y alimentación entre otros, garantizando un equilibrio entre productividad y sostenibilidad ambiental. | |
