| dc.description.abstract | El presente informe describe el desarrollo de la pasantía realizada en la empresa Multiservicios Guavio S.A.S., perteneciente al sector de mensajería y transporte, con el objetivo de contribuir al fortalecimiento del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (SG-SST) y del Plan Estratégico de Seguridad Vial (PESV), en cumplimiento del Decreto 1072 de 2015 (Ministerio del trabajo,2015) y la Resolución 40595 de 2022 (Ministerio de transporte,2022). Durante la práctica se llevaron a cabo actividades orientadas a la actualización de la matriz de identificación de peligros, valoración de riesgos y determinación de controles bajo la metodología GTC 45, la formulación e implementación del programa de capacitación, el diseño del programa de hábitos y estilos de vida saludables y la actualización de programas y protocolos asociados a la seguridad vial. Asimismo, se desarrollaron herramientas de seguimiento como, creación de dashboard para el plan de mantenimiento de vehículos, se fortaleció la gestión documental relacionada con el mantenimiento preventivo de vehículos. Las acciones realizadas permitieron mejorar la planificación, el control y la toma de decisiones en materia de prevención de riesgos laborales y viales, aportando al cumplimiento normativo y al fortalecimiento de la cultura de seguridad y salud en la organización. | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | This report describes the development of the internship carried out at MULTISERVICIOS GUAVIO S.A.S., a company belonging to the courier and transportation sector, with the objective of contributing to the strengthening of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) and the Strategic Road Safety Plan (SRSP), in compliance with Decree 1072 of 2015 (Minestery of Labor, 2015) and Resolution 40595 of 2022 (Ministery of Transport,2022). During the internship, activities were conducted aimed at updating the hazard identification matrix, risk assessment, and determination of controls under the GTC 45 methodology, as well as the formulation and implementation of the training program, the design of a healthy lifestyles and habits program, and the updating of programs and protocols related to road safety. Additionally, monitoring tools were developed, including the creation of a dashboard for the vehicle maintenance plan, and documentary management related to preventive vehicle maintenance was strengthened. The actions carried out improved planning, control, and decision-making in the prevention of occupational and road risks, contributing to regulatory compliance and the strengthening of the occupational health and safety culture within the organization. | |
