| dc.description.abstract | Este documento presenta el diseño integral de la cadena de suministro nacional e internacional de Café Andino S.A.S., una mipyme colombiana dedicada a la producción y exportación de café tostado premium al mercado estadounidense. El proyecto integra planificación logística, herramientas de Big Data para la toma de decisiones y una proyección financiera a cinco años que incluye estado de resultados, flujo de caja, balance general y tasa interna de retorno (TIR). El análisis financiero muestra un crecimiento sostenido de los ingresos, un flujo de caja positivo y una TIR del 32%, lo que demuestra la viabilidad económica y financiera del proyecto de exportación. | |
