| dc.description.abstract | En esta monografía se realiza una evaluación inferencial del nivel de madurez en análisis de datos en las empresas de Leticia, Amazonas, basado en los marcos DAMA-DMBOK (2017) y DGI Data Governance Framework (2023). Se utiliza una metodología documental para examinar fuentes secundarias oficiales como los informes de MinTIC (2022) y la Cámara de Comercio de Bogotá (2023), identificando brechas tecnológicas y de capacidades en la región. Los hallazgos sugieren una baja adopción de herramientas de inteligencia de negocios, gobernanza incipiente y desconexión entre disponibilidad tecnológica y uso estratégico. Se recomienda la implementación escalonada de soluciones como Power BI y Python, adaptadas al contexto local bajo los principios de gestión adaptativa de TI (Heeks, 2022). Este estudio concluye que elevar la madurez analítica es esencial para mejorar la competitividad de las empresas locales, reconociendo el carácter inferencial y documental de la investigación. | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | This monograph presents an inferential assessment of the data analytics maturity level in companies from Leticia, Amazonas, based on the DAMA-DMBOK (2017) and DGI Data Governance Framework (2023). A documentary methodology is employed to examine official secondary sources such as reports from MinTIC (2022) and the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce (2023), identifying technological and capability gaps in the region. The findings suggest low adoption of business intelligence tools, incipient data governance, and a disconnect between technological availability and strategic use. A phased implementation of solutions such as Power BI and Python is recommended, adapted to the local context under the principles of adaptive IT management (Heeks, 2022). This study concludes that raising analytical maturity is essential to improve the competitiveness of local companies, acknowledging the inferential and documentary nature of the research. | |
