dc.description.abstractEl proyecto Manos Valiente consiste en una propuesta de emprendimiento social enfocada en ayudar a las madres cabeza de hogar del municipio de majagual, sucre, que tienen dificultades económicas y pocas oportunidades laborales. La idea es capacitarlas en la elaboración de productos artesanales como mochilas, bolsos, accesorios artesanales, prendas tejidas, entre otras, para que puedan generar ingresos sin necesidad de descuidar sus hogares. Este proyecto también busca fortalecer la confianza, trabajar en equipo y que las mujeres de este municipio sean mas independientes económicamente, el proyecto se realizo en el municipio de Majagual, Sucre, Colombia, el trabajo tiene 5 capítulos donde se desarrollaron temas como Propuesta de emprendimiento social, aplicación de la metodología Desing Tinking, plan de mercadeo, modelo de negocio canvas, proyección operativa y financiera.

dc.description.abstractenglishThe “Manos Valientes” project is a social entrepreneurship initiative focused on helping single mothers in the municipality of Majagual, Sucre, who face economic hardships and limited job opportunities. The goal is to train them in the creation of handmade products such as backpacks, handbags, handmade accessories, and knitted garments, among others, so they can generate income without neglecting their households. This project also aims to build confidence, foster teamwork, and help the women in this municipality become more financially independent. The project was carried out in the municipality of Majagual, Sucre, Colombia. The work consists of five chapters covering topics such as the social entrepreneurship proposal, the application of the Design Thinking methodology, a marketing plan, the Business Model Canvas, and operational and financial projections.
