| dc.description.abstract | Es de gran importancia la implementación de excelentes prácticas de manejo en la producción láctea ya que todo esto se ve reflejado en la rentabilidad de nuestros productores, se debe conocer el comportamiento de las diversas razas que fortalecen nuestro sistema productivo adaptando siempre la granja a un bienestar animal adecuado en búsqueda de la sostenibilidad. Sumado a todo esto un adecuado control sanitario todo esto permite que las especies con las cuales cuenta la granja mejoren de manera significativa su enfoque comercial y obtenga altos índices en la producción, reproducción y sanidad dando a la distribución y comercialización de un buen producto para la región. con lo cual nos permitirá dar un mejor visión a la unidad productiva viendo los pros y los contras para estar fortaleciendo la explotación en sus diferente unidades productivas estando atentos que es primordial dar el confort necesario y masificar la producción y ser sostenible y garantizar una seguridad alimentaria tanto personal como para la región pensando siempre en satisfacer al cliente con productos de buena calidad; Viendo las necesidades que se presentan en cuanto al productor y demás operarios que son los encargados de dar dinámica a la parte practica en cada sistema productivo. | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | Animal welfare in agricultural production is a key factor for achieving excellent production. In earlier times, when the economy did not revolve around the species that are now the main economic driver for families in rural areas, there is a constant drive for improvement, always ensuring better profitability both on and off the farm. Primary producers, as key members of the food supply chain, should be provided with tools that allow them to add value to their product by adopting improved production methods. that satisfy the demands of processors and consumers. Therefore, it is essential to establish policies and actions that ensure food safety and guarantee its hygienic quality for the benefit of consumers. Good Livestock Practices include the main aspects of reducing contamination risks recommended in terms of feeding, animal handling, milking, and bovine health; as well as personnel training, hygiene, and health, with the aim of ensuring the safety of milk production and offering consumers a safe and nutritious product. All of these production practices must satisfy the demands of processors and consumers by adopting the various measures necessary to achieve competitiveness and always keeping in mind offering quality to the end consumer. Therefore, it is essential to establish policies and actions that ensure food safety and guarantee its hygienic quality for the benefit of consumers. Good Livestock Practices include the main aspects of reducing contamination risks recommended in terms of feeding, animal handling, as well as milking and bovine health, disinfection of handled materials, avoiding sources of contamination within the milking parlor; in addition to the topic of training, which is the fundamental basis for carrying out each of the practices on the farm in the best way, hygiene and health of the personnel, with the quality to ensure the safety in milk production and offer the consumer a safe and nutritious product. | |
