| dc.description.abstract | El presente proyecto de investigación-creación tiene como propósito la orquestación de tres pasillos fiestero argelino provenientes de las veredas del municipio de Argelia de María en el departamento de Antioquia, manifestación musical reconocida como patrimonio inmaterial de este municipio por la academia Antioqueña de historia. Estas obras interpretadas tradicionalmente en formato de trio de cuerdas (Guitarra puntera, guitarra marcante y tiple) serán registradas mediante grabaciones caseras. A partir de este registro fonográfico se desarrollará un proceso de transcripción en el cual se identificarán elementos musicales e históricos de los pasillos, estos con la finalidad de preservar en la escritura la identidad estilística del pasillo fiestero argelino dentro de un contexto orquestal académico. (Orquesta a2, revisar referencias bibliográficas sobre este formato) El proyecto tiene como base y fundamentación los referentes teóricos de la orquestación clásica y moderna al igual que la adaptación del folclor colombiano en el ámbito sinfónico; en el caso específico del pasillo fiestero argelino busca contribuir a la preservación, documentación y difusión del patrimonio musical regional, fortaleciendo los vínculos entre la relación tradicional y académica. | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | The purpose of this research-creation project is to orchestrate three Algerian “pasillos fiestero” from the villages of the municipality of Argelia de María in the department of Antioquia, a musical tradition recognized as part of the municipality’s intangible cultural heritage by the Antioquia Academy of History. These works, traditionally performed by a string trio (lead guitar, rhythm guitar, and tiple), will be recorded using home recordings. Based on this audio recording, a transcription process will be developed to identify the musical and historical elements of the pasillos, with the aim of preserving the stylistic identity of the Algerian pasillo fiestero in written form within an academic orchestral context. (Orchestra a2, review bibliographic references on this format) The project is based on and grounded in the theoretical frameworks of classical and modern orchestration, as well as the adaptation of Colombian folklore to the symphonic realm; in the specific case of the Algerian pasillo fiestero, it seeks to contribute to the preservation, documentation, and dissemination of regional musical heritage, strengthening the links between traditional and academic traditions. | |
