| dc.description.abstract | El proyecto aplicado para el desarrollo de la unidad de negocio, de mantenimiento locativo en viviendas de propiedad horizontal, nace de la sentida necesidad que presentan las diferentes edificaciones y conjuntos en la ciudad de Bogotá; de contar con programas de mantenimiento locativo periódicos, bajo condiciones de calidad y seguridad, que garanticen el adecuado funcionamiento y preservación de la infraestructura física de las áreas comunes.
Esta necesidad, proyecta un crecimiento exponencial en el siguiente cuatrienio, dada la aprobación de los proyectos de vivienda cofinanciada por parte de la Nación y el Distrito.
El proyecto pretende abarcar una solución integral en la ejecución de los mantenimientos locativos (de tipo correctivo, preventivo y predictivo), ajustados al cumplimiento de la normatividad vigente y a los estándares de calidad requeridos para prestar un servicio eficiente y eficaz. | spa |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | The project applied for the development of the business unit, of locative maintenance in horizontally owned housing, arises from the felt need that the different buildings and complexes present in the city of Bogota; To have periodic maintenance programs, under conditions of quality and safety, that guarantee the proper functioning and preservation of the physical infrastructure of the common areas.
This need, projected an exponential growth in the next four years, given the approval of housing projects co-financed by the Nation and the District.
The project aims to encompass a comprehensive solution in the implementation of locative maintenance (corrective, preventive and predictive), adjusted to the compliance with current regulations and the quality standards required to provide an efficient and effective service. | spa |
