dc.description.abstract	En el marco del Plan Nacional de Desarrollo “Todos por un nuevo País”, busca a través de las estrategias transversales de Infraestructura y competitividad, Movilidad social, Transformación del Campo, Consolidación del Estado Social de Derecho y Buen Gobierno cumplir con los objetivos planteados en el cuatrienio 2014-2018. Específicamente, la estrategia de infraestructura y Competitividad Estratégicas, busca fomentar el crecimiento económico y el desarrollo humano que se derivan de una mayor integración y conectividad de los territorios y la Nación. Dentro de las funciones del Instituto Nacional de Vías INVIAS, se encuentra la de brindar una infraestructura vial que satisfaga requerimientos mínimos de seguridad, comodidad y transitabilidad para los usuarios de las vías a cargo de la nación. Para el cumplimiento de estos fines el INVIAS ejecuta diferentes actividades a través de cada una de sus Unidades Ejecutoras. A través del recaudo de la tasa de peaje; el INVIAS, dota a la Nación de los recursos necesarios para ejecutar los proyectos viales que permitan brindar niveles de servicio a los usuarios de la infraestructura vial nacional, permitiendo invertir en mantenimiento, conservación y mejoramiento de la infraestructura vial a su cargo y especialmente a la vía donde se llevara a cabo el proyecto. Con la presentación del Proyecto de Investigación y Desarrollo Tecnológico, ESTUDIO SOCIOECONOMICO, AMBIENTAL Y DE TRÁNSITO PARA LA INSTALACIÓN DE UNA ESTACION DE PEAJE EN EL DEPARTAMENTO DE SANTANDER CORREDOR VIAL VELEZ-LANDAZURI-CIMITARRA-PUERTO ARAUJO VEREDA PALO BLANCO, se dará continuidad y cumplimiento a uno de los fines constitucionales del estado, como es el de garantizar el buen servicio de transporte terrestre y de esta manera evitar perjuicios a los ciudadanos con ocasión de sus actividades económicas.	spa

dc.description.abstractenglish	Within the framework of the National Development Plan "All for a new Country", it seeks, through the transversal strategies of Infrastructure and Competitiveness, Social Mobility, Transformation of the Field, Consolidation of the Social State of Law and Good Government, to fulfill the objectives set out in the four-year period 2014-2018. Specifically, the infrastructure strategy and Strategic Competitiveness, seeks to promote economic growth and human development that are derived from greater integration and connectivity of the territories and the Nation. Among the functions of the National Institute of Vias INVIAS, is to provide a road infrastructure that meets minimum requirements of safety, comfort and walkability for road users in charge of the nation. For the fulfillment of these purposes INVIAS executes different activities through each one of its Executing Units. Through the collection of the toll rate; INVIAS, provides the Nation with the necessary resources to execute road projects that provide service levels to users of the national road infrastructure, allowing investment in maintenance, conservation and improvement of the road infrastructure in their charge and especially the where the project will be carried out. With the presentation of the Technological Research and Development Project, SOCIOECONOMIC, ENVIRONMENTAL AND TRANSIT STUDY FOR THE INSTALLATION OF A TOLL STATION IN THE DEPARTMENT OF SANTANDER CORREDOR VIAL VELEZ-LANDAZURI-CIMITARRA-PUERTO ARAUJO VEREDA PALO BLANCO, continuity and compliance will be given to one of the constitutional purposes of the state, such as ensuring good ground transportation service and thus avoid harm to citizens on the occasion of their economic activities.	spa
