| dc.description.abstract | Este documento es una revisión de literatura de tipo investigativo donde se habla sobre la Certificación Leadership in Energy and Environmental (LEED), que es una herramienta internacional voluntaria creada en EE.UU con el interés de fomentar y evaluar proyectos constructivos con criterios de sostenibilidad. De esta forma el documento recopila información sobre la certificación donde se amplía sobre sus categorías, sellos de calificación, criterios de evaluación, inversión y pasos para la certificación.
También se hace un recorrido por la normatividad existente en el país y a nivel regional que guarda relación con la certificación y le apunta a los mismos objetivos de sostenibilidad.
Por tal razón en este documento encuentra la identificación de las construcciones con certificación LEED en Medellín en el periodo comprendido entre 2010-2017 y sus beneficios donde se empezó a incorporar en el país el concepto de Construcciones Sostenibles y finalmente se reglamentó en el año 2015 con el Decreto 1285 y la Resolución 549, las cuales se cumplen con la certificación. | spa |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | This document is a literature revision of investigative type, where the certification Leadership in Energy and Environmental (LEED) is mentioned, which is a voluntary international tool created by the EE.UU., with the interest to promote and assess constructive projects with sustainability criteria. Thus the document collects information about the certification with a more detailed presentation about its categories, qualification stamps, evaluation criteria, investment and steps for the certification.
Also a review is done with regard to the current normativity in the country and in the regional level concerning with the certification and pointing to the same sustainability objectives.
For that reason, in this document is found the identification of the constructions with certification LEED in Medellin during the time period 2010-2017 and their benefits, where the concept of sustainable constructions began to be incorporated and finally become regulated in 2015 with the Decree 1285 and the Resolution 549, which are satisfied with the certification. | spa |
