| dc.description.abstract | La propuesta pretende establecer un diagnóstico y la línea base de las condiciones del turismo, para obtener la información que permite proponer las estrategias para la creación y conformación del ente autoridad del turismo de Yopal – Casanare, como el primer paso en el inicio del desarrollo del turismo local para producir beneficios económicos y sociales al municipio.
Yopal, según la cámara de comercio de Casanare, tiene potencialidades para convertirse en un destino turístico en los próximos años, pero por su débil institucionalidad, no ha logrado desarrollar esta actividad (Min CIT, 2010). A pesar de que en la matriz de competitividad turística para el Casanare en 2010 quedó establecida, esta tarea no se ha desarrollado por parte de autoridades públicas. Este documento propone las estrategias necesarias que permitan la creación y conformación de la entidad que sea autoridad del turismo en Yopal – Casanare.
Se realiza un trabajo aplicado, con los objetivos de estudiar la situación y evolución del turismo nacional y regional, y proponer las estrategias económicas, políticas y sociales que permitan dar resolución a la problemática de débil institucionalidad turística que tiene la ciudad de Yopal y que no le ha permitido desarrollar eficientemente el turismo como actividad generadora de empleo y de riqueza para enfrentar la difícil situación económica que enfrenta la capital casanareña. | spa |
