| dc.description.abstract | El municipio de Acacias es la ciudad turística del departamento del Meta, en la actualidad se está incrementando el avistamiento de aves, gracias a la participación activa del departamento en el Global Big Day, que para la versión del 2019 ocupó el tercer puesto superando la participación del 2018, donde obtuvo el cuarto lugar, a su vez Colombia por tercera vez consecutivamente desde el año 2017, vuelve a ocupar el primer puesto con 1591 especies.
Esto es un aspecto que motivo a investigar las diferentes rutas que se han establecido en la zona rural del municipio, desde la parte baja hasta la parte alta, aprovechando las condiciones geográficas que brinda la naturaleza a nuestro hermoso municipio, permitiéndole contar con varios pisos térmicos que ofrecen todos los climas para el desarrollo de una gran variedad de flora y fauna, bosques naturales en la parte alta e incluso algunas reservas, lo que favorece la presencia de diferentes tipos de aves, ya sea que habitan en las diferentes zonas o que son aves migratorias que pasan algún tiempo en estos lugares, favoreciendo el desarrollo del avistamiento.
Este trabajo de investigación identifico las rutas de avistamiento de las especies de aves presentes en la zona rural del municipio de Acacias, Meta, a su vez describe algunas de las especies presentes en esos lugares donde se realizado visitas de campo y recorridos en los diferentes senderos que han permitido la caracterización de aves.
A través de entrevistas realizadas a expertos en el tema presentes en el Global Big Day 2019 se puedo valorar la importancia del aviturismo en Acacias, como alternativa turística del Municipio. | spa |

This research work identified the sighting routes of the bird species present in the rural area of the municipality of Acacias, Meta, in turn describing some of the species present in those places where field visits were made and routes in the different trails that have allowed the characterization of birds.
Through interviews conducted with experts in the subject present in the Global Big Day 2019, we can assess the importance of bird watching in Acacias, as a tourist alternative for the Municipality. | spa |
