dc.description.abstract	Este proyecto se desarrolla debido a la necesidad de implementar un centro de información centralizado del área de Front Office del NOC de la empresa Cross Connect Colombia. Contar con esta herramienta garantiza que el recurso humano pueda cumplir de forma ágil, flexible y veraz con las actividades, teniendo personal técnico enfocado en el análisis del comportamiento de la red de telecomunicaciones y no en la búsqueda ineficiente de información para realizar el buen desarrollo de sus funciones.	spa
