| dc.description.abstract | En la actualidad el DANE es la entidad pública encargada de realizar el análisis estadístico de la tasa de desempleo en Colombia, basándose en diferentes directrices que aporta el Gobierno Nacional; siendo estas incongruentes con respecto a la Ley Colombiana y los estándares internacionales que categorizan este indicador económico y social a nivel mundial, en el presente proyecto de investigación se realizara una conceptualización enfática sobre el concepto del desempleo, así como la asociación y discernimiento del concepto legal, para de esta forma poder realizar un análisis que permita tener un conocimiento más integro acerca de la dinámica que nos rodea con respecto a la veracidad de la información que es suministrada por el Gobierno Nacional a los Colombianos. | spa |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | At present, DANE is the Government agency responsible for statistical analysis of the unemployment rate in Colombia, on the basis of various guidelines provided by the National Government; being these guidelines inconsistent with the Colombian Law and the international standards that categorize this economic and social indicator worldwide, this research project will conduct an emphatic conceptualization of unemployment, as well as identify similarities and differences with its legal deffinition, in order to be able to carry out an analysis that will allow to have a more comprehensive knowledge of the driving forces concerning the truthfulness of the information provided by the National Government to Colombian people. | spa |
