| dc.description.abstract | La alcaldía del Municipio de vista hermosa se encuentra ubicada en el departamento del Meta, es una entidad que administra, planifica el desarrollo económico y social de su municipio, por ser esta una entidad de carácter público debe proporcionar beneficios para la comunidad, es por esto la importancia del Modelo Integrado de Planeación y gestión por medio de este permite a la entidad una mayor planeación y gestión para la ejecución de actividades y cumplimiento del plan de desarrollo.
El presente trabajo de grado tiene como objetivo crear un diagnóstico siendo documento base para MIPG de la Alcaldía del Municipio de Vista hermosa, este documento será eje fundamental para evidenciar fortalezas y debilidades que está presentando la planeación y gestión de la alcaldía, igualmente para el diseño del MIPG teniendo ya identificado que se está cumpliendo en cada dimensión y política según lo establecido en el manual operativo del sistema de gestión, se consolidara la información describiendo cada política su cumplimiento y/o parámetros que faltan, dejando claro las falencias presentadas para al momento de crear el MIPG se tenga en cuenta y mejore en su planeación para que así el plan de desarrollo sea más acertado y se cumpla a cabalidad siempre en pro de la comunidad, atendiendo sus necesidades, igualmente por medio de implementación del PMBOK el cual es una herramienta que ayuda a identifica los stakeholders, riesgos, costos, y el tiempo que conlleva el desarrollo de este tipo de proyecto, para que así se cumplan las funciones y se fortalezcan los roles y funciones asignadas y se complemente en buen equipo de trabajo y así se podrá dar cumplimiento con las metas propuestas y finalmente tener una comunicación y un servicio hacia y para la comunidad. | spa |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | The City Hall of the Municipality of Vista Hermosa is located in the Department of Meta, It is an entity that manages the economic plans and social development of its Municipality, since this is a public entity, it must provide benefits for the community. That is why, the importance of the Integrated Planning and Management Model, through this it allows the entity greater planning and management for the execution of activities and compliance with the development plan.
The purpose of this Graduation Project is to elaborate and create a diagnosis as a base document MIPG for the Mayor´s office of the municipality of Vista Hermosa. This document will be a fundamental Axis to show the strengths and weaknesses that the planning and the management of the Mayor´s office is presenting, it is also for the designing of the MIPG having already identified that is being fulfilled in each dimension and policy as established in the operating manual of the management system.The information will be consolidated describing each policy its compliance and/or missing parameters, making clear the shortcomings presented in the moment to create the MIPG,take in mind and improve in its planning so that the development plan be more successful and will always be fully fulfilled for the community, attending to their needs, also through the implementation of the PMBOK which is a tool that helps identify stakeholders,risks,costs,and the time they spend leading the development of this type of project, so that the functions are fulfilled and the assigned roles and functions are strengthened amd completed in a good work team, so that the proposed goals can be fulfilled and finally have a communication and service to and for the community. | spa |
