| dc.description.abstract | En este proyecto de investigación se realiza un enfoque comparativo de los costos de transporte masivo de las cinco ciudades capitales más grandes de Latinoamérica, incluida Bogotá - Colombia y los impactos en la ciudadanía para determinar en qué nivel se encuentra el costo del sistema de transporte masivo en la ciudad de Bogotá dado el aumento anual que ha tenido y la baja percepción que tienen los usuarios sobre el sistema, el costo, su infraestructura y funcionamiento. Esto se basa en la investigación cualitativa y un estudio descriptivo realizando una búsqueda de información relevante, inicialmente sobre la población total de las 19 ciudades capitales que comprende Latinoamérica, el sistema de transporte masivo y otras características relevantes para la investigación, de esta manera se identifican ciudades con condiciones similares a Bogotá para lograr la comparación. Se tiene en cuenta la Unión Internacional de Transporte Público que realiza estudios periódicos sobre el futuro de la movilidad a partir de factores comparativos el sentido de propósito, experiencia del cliente, excelencia operativa, integración del ecosistema y transformación, factores que incluyen también la opinión de los propios usuarios. De esta manera se logra evidenciar un nivel medio para el sistema de transporte masivo de Bogotá a comparación de otras ciudades. Esto se detalla a lo largo del documento. | spa |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | In this research project is done a comparative approach of the costs of mass transit of the five biggest capital cities of Latin America, including Bogota - Colombia and the impacts it has in the citizens to determine the level of cost of the system of mass transport in the city of Bogota given the annual increase that it has had and the low perception that the users have on the system, the cost, its infrastructure and functioning.
This is based on the qualitative investigation and a descriptive study, doing a search of relevant information, initially on the entire population of the 19 capital cities that comprises Latin America, the mass transit system and other relevant characteristics for the investigation, this way the cities with conditions similar to Bogota are identified to achieve the comparison.
The periodic studies that the International Association of Public Transport, UITP for its acronym in French, conduct are taken into consideration on the future of transportation from comparative factors, the sense of purpose, the client’s experience, the operative excellence, the integration of the ecosystem and the transformation, factors that include also the opinion of the users themselves.
This way is demonstrated that Bogota has mass transit system of average level compared to other cities. This is detailed along the document. | spa |
