| dc.description.abstract | El proyecto desarrollado realiza en primer lugar el reconocimiento de la población objetivo que es el conjunto residencial Arrayán en el municipio de Mosquera Cundinamarca; ejercicio a partir del cual se establecen las bases para la formulación del manual de procedimientos de las actividades financieras y administrativas del conjunto. Dicho manual está compuesto por un conjunto de documentos esenciales que se enuncian en este trabajo y que permiten generar una mayor organización, transparencia y eficiencia que se ve reflejada en la credibilidad de los órganos directivos y administrativos del conjunto residencial y en la convivencia de los habitantes del mismo. La asignación de indicadores de gestión a las diferentes actividades permite medir el grado de implementación y en algunos casos del impacto que genera el proyecto. | spa |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | The developped project, performs in first place the recognition of the target population, which is the Arrayan Residential Complex, located in Mosquera, a town in Cundinamarca. Through this exercise, the basis for the formulation of the manual of procedures of the financial and administrative activities of the complex are established. The manual is composed of a set of essential documents that are mentioned in this work, those documents allow a better organization, transparency and efficiency, that reflected in the credibility of the directive and administrative boards of the residential complex as well as in the coexistence of the inhabitants of it. The allocation of management indicators to different activities, allows the measurement of the degree of implementation and in some cases, the measurement of the impact caused by the project. | spa |
