| dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación tiene como título “Análisis de trayectoria fiscal del municipio de Villarrica y proyección de la inversión a cuatro años”; pretendiendo analizar cómo ha sido el crecimiento y desarrollo financiero, económico y social del municipio en mención verificando sus proyectos ejecutados durante su vida municipal; para tener como resultado una proyección de su inversión para los próximos cuatro años.
La primera parte hace referencia al Planteamiento, Descripción y Desarrollo del Problema y Fijación de Proyección. La segunda parte (Marco Conceptual), recoge sintéticamente los conceptos y definiciones necesarios referente a la constitución de los entes territoriales del orden Municipal. La tercera parte incluye la Ruta Metodológica, el Análisis, Resultados de la Investigación y las Conclusiones y Recomendaciones. La última sección contiene las Citas Bibliográficas. | spa |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | Through public finances, the entities of the national, departmental and municipal order, project their income from their direct financing sources and the indirect results of the management carried out, in the same way the projection of their expenses and investment made in a short medium and long term.
The objective of this applied project is to analyze how the fiscal operation of the Municipality of Villa Rica has been, since its autonomy as a Municipality, as has been its growth and development, generating a tool to make the projection of possible investments starting from the budget allocation of the last four (4) years, the investment executed and the expenses immersed in the development of the public function, for this purpose the research question is the following: Is the fiscal trajectory of the municipality of Villa Rica an adequate instrument to project its development in the next 4 years ?; In this context, the fiscal trajectory serves as an instrument to project its development over the next four years, given that the large investments made in the different sectors stand out, based on their income versus the necessary expenditure to be able to mark the different projects executed.
The research question is answered through the analysis of figures, based on the information provided by the Municipal Administration, oral versions and development of a methodological route in order to verify the information provided; generated a series of recommendations framed towards proposing a continuous monitoring of the development plan in order to verify that each investment points to the fulfillment of the proposed goals in time and with the necessary resource. | spa |
