dc.description.abstract	A lo largo de la historia de la humanidad, el hombre ha estado en una búsqueda constante del conocimiento y el desarrollo científico, razón por la cual, ha implementado actividades en materia de Ciencia, Tecnología e Innovación (CT&I), que han dejado como resultado transformaciones significativas en temas económicos y sociales. El siguiente proyecto aplicado busca diseñar el centro de investigación, tecnología e innovación del sur de Santander, con el objetivo de ser una herramienta de integración entre Estado-universidad-industria, que permita el flujo de conocimientos desde la academia hasta el mercado, como también, realizar desarrollo tecnológico, investigación aplicada e innovación abierta, para aumentar la competitividad y el desarrollo de la región y del país.	spa

dc.description.abstractenglish	Along the history of the humanity, the man has been in a constant search of the knowledge and the scientific development, reason for which, it has implemented activities on the subject of Science, Technology and Innovation (CT&I), which have stopped like turned out significant transformations in economic and social topics. The following applied project thinks about how to design the research center, technology and innovation of the south of Santander, with the target to be an integration tool between the State- university - industry, which allows the knowledge flow from the academy up to the market, as also, to realize technological development, applied research and open innovation, to increase the competitiveness and the development of the region and of the country.	spa
