dc.description.abstract	Debido al crecimiento acelerado de los delitos informáticos en los últimos años, donde personas y compañías tanto públicas como privadas han visto comprometida su información, su privacidad, o de alguna manera han sido víctimas de algún delito en la internet, la empresa CIBERSECURITY de Colombia LTDA tiene como propósito desarrollar un proyecto orientado al diseño técnico de un centro de respuesta a incidentes cibernéticos, cuyos resultados serán: el mapa de la infraestructura tecnológica del CSIRT, identificando las herramientas de hardware y software requeridas para el desarrollo del CSIRT, las cuales se probarán en un laboratorio controlado, que permitirán una vez en operación, realizar las acciones reactivas sobre la investigación de los incidentes de seguridad y la divulgación del conocimiento para el fortalecimiento de la seguridad informática de las personas y las organizaciones.

dc.description.abstractenglish	Due to the growth accelerated of computer crimes in recent years, where people and companies, both public and private, have seen their information, their privacy compromised, or in some way have been victims of some crime on the internet, the company CIBERSECURITY de Colombia LTDA has as purpose to develop a project oriented at the technical design of a Computer Security Incident Response Team, the results of which will be: the map of the CSIRT's technological infrastructure, identifying the hardware and software tools required for the development of the CSIRT, tools which will test in a laboratory controlled, which will allow once in operation, to carry out the reactive actions on the investigation of security incidents and the divulgation of the knowledge to the strengtheness of the computer security of people and the organizations.
