dc.description.abstract	El presente proyecto consiste en el Diseño de una Arquitectura de Interconexión de Redes NGN, Mediante el Protocolo SIP en el CEAD de Santander de Quilichao UNAD. Realizando la conceptualización de las redes de nueva generación, protocolo SIP, elementos y capas que componen el desarrollo de la arquitectura, análisis de los usuarios académicos y administrativos, mediante encuestas, entrevista con el director de centro el cual recibió con gran agrado la iniciativa, así se determinó las necesidades de comunicación telefónica, y la necesidad de incorporar la telefonía IP en el Cead de Santander de Quilichao. Para el diseño y simulación de la Arquitectura de Interconexión de Redes NGN, Mediante el Protocolo SIP, se utilizó software Cisco Packet Tracer 7.3 bajo licencia libre para simulaciones académicas, esta arquitectura se expuso a la Gerencia de Plataformas e Infraestructuras Tecnológicas GPIT -UNAD Zona Centro Sur, para que sea integrado el Cead de Santander de Quilichao a la telefonía IP de la Universidad Nacional Abierta y a Distancia UNAD. Carrying out the conceptualization of the new generation networks, SIP protocol, elements and layers that make up the development of the architecture, analysis of the academic and administrative users, through surveys, interview with the director of the center who welcomed the initiative, Thus, the telephone communication needs were determined, as well as the need to incorporate IP telephony in the Santander de Quilichao Cead. For the design and simulation of the NGN Network Interconnection Architecture, using the SIP Protocol, Cisco Packet Tracer 7.3 software was used under a free license for academic simulations, this architecture was exposed to the Management of Technological Platforms and Infrastructures GPIT -UNAD Zona Centro South, so that the Cead of Santander de Quilichao is integrated into the IP telephony of the National Open and Distance University UNAD.
