| dc.description.abstract | El presente proyecto tiene como objetivo identificar la responsabilidad social del hotel Santa Fe Park en la ciudad de Yopal Casanare. Para ello se trabaja sobre la percepción que tienen los clientes frente a la responsabilidad social y los actores que intervienen para poder establecer una reingeniería organizacional que permita involucrar los clientes internos, clientes externos, proveedores, consumidores y la comunidad de su entorno empresarial con el fin de minimizar daños y optimizar los recursos que permitan generar desarrollo económico y empresarial al sector partiendo desde la elaboración de código de ética y conducta, los Stakeholders que allí intervienen para lo cual se ha escogido el Hotel Santa Fe Park. | spa |
