In the same way, the organization works for the protection of life and safety of people inside, outside the organization and its environment in order to avoid situations and accidents that compromise the integrity of people through prevention, as a fundamental part of each of its activities and the processes that are executed there. In this way, it provides its clients and the community with timely answers and according to the needs they present. The mission is focused mainly on the provision of high quality services, always responding with clarity and maintaining performance levels as well as great aptitude in the performance of its functions. For the present study period, the identification of environmental aspects and impacts of the company was carried out in order to execute an improvement plan, with the purpose that the company minimizes the environmental impacts, where it contributes significantly to the continuous improvement. The result of the study makes it possible to verify that the company complies with most of the regulations of the ISO 14001: 2015 norm, it should be clarified that it is necessary to deepen the training of both employees and employees of the company, which contributes to a better channel of dialogue within the whole team.
